With just ten days of the Bulgarian census campaign remaining for Roma to declare their identity officially, Proud Roma Free Europe’s local partner, Roma Standing Conference, has launched its radio campaign.
Airing on Radio Veselin, a national radio station with coverage in the capital and southern Bulgaria, the radio spots will air multiple times daily, carrying messages of empowerment for the country’s Roma communities. Two radio spots will run as part of the campaign.
As part of the Proud Roma Free Europe campaign, Roma Standing Conference urges all Bulgarian Roma to declare their Roma identity this census proudly and freely.
By officially declaring your Roma identity, we can contribute to strengthening our communities and pave the way for significant social change in Bulgaria and all over Europe!
